Healing
Red phototherapy is easily integrated into your current facial
between the cleanser and the final moisturizing step.
1.
When providing micro-dermabrasion,
cleanse the treated area of any remaining crystals and follow
it with the Healing Red phototherapy.
2.
Perform steaming, sonic cleansing
and extractions first and follow with the
Healing Red phototherapy.
3.
Use Healing Red phototherapy to help
penetrate topical treatments such as Vitamin
C serums, or collagen peptides.
4.
Healing Red phototherapy, used in
conjunction with collagen peptides, produces visible
improvement in smoothing wrinkles and fine lines faster
than either phototherapy or collagen treatments alone.
5.
Healing Red phototherapy is a useful after
chemical peel treatments to speed the recovery of
the skin. Healing Red phototherapy is used in Europe as an adjunct
treatment to wound healing where it reduces the healing time
by 50%.
For
your clients with pronounced Rosacea: Use
Healing Red phototherapy in the Red-only mode. Rosacea
is characterized by over-expanded, leaky capillaries which
allow blood components that are normally excluded from the
skin to seep in. The red ness is caused by the red blood cells
becoming lodged in the skin and much of the secondary damage
is due to the presence of blood components.
Near
Infrared light, which causes expansion of the capillaries
(and better blood flow), is CONTRAINDICATED
in the case of pronounced Rosacea.
