Pro Series delivers three phototherapy programs:
- Red
+ Blue LED light for the best drug-free phototherapy treatment
of Acne
- Red-only
LED light for skin restoration (Anti-aging) services such
as wrinkle smoothing, skin toning and pore size reduction.
- Blue-only
LED light which can be a useful supplement in some medical
acne treatments
The Pro1500
delivers even coverage on a 7" x 13" area (full face,
but not wrap-around), when positioned approximately 4.5"
from the skin. The increased treatment time, compared to the
Pro Hand Held APL treatment, is a consequence of the longer
distance from the skin necessary to cover a larger surface
evenly.
The
Pro1500 is recommended for practices with clients that
present extensive flares, or that treat large numbers of clients.
The hands-free device allows the operator to prepare for the
next step, thus saving time. This device aso delivers a more
uniform treatment than is possible with hand held devices (treating
acne in pores that have not yet become inflammed).
The
Pro Hand Held
APL delivers the same FDA approved acne treatment
to a smaller area, 2 x 3" when held i" from the skin.
the treatment time is 90 secons, a consequence of the shorter
distance.
The
Pro Hand Held APL is recommended for clients who have
limited acne inflammed areas, but can be used to deliver full
face treatments. It is very useful for delivering illumination
to hard to reach areas such as behind the ears and below the
jawline.

Both
Pro Hand Held
and the Pro1500 are also useful for Skin Restoration treatments
(wrinkle reduction and skin toning) using the red light only

The
Pro series are FDA approved for market for the treatment of
Acne. The FDA does not recognize skin restoration as a medical
procedure.
